Terms of Service

We provide roll-off dumpster rental services for residential and commercial customers in Monroe, GA and surrounding areas including Gwinnett County and Walton County.

Our services include:

• Delivery and pickup of dumpsters to specified locations
• Various dumpster sizes (10, 15, 20, 30, and 40 yards)
• Flexible rental periods
• Same-day and next-day delivery (fees may apply)

By renting a dumpster from us, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the type and volume of waste
• Ensure the dumpster is accessible for delivery and pickup
• Use the dumpster only for its intended purpose
• Not exceed the weight limits specified for your rental
• Return the dumpster in the same condition as received
• Pay all rental fees and applicable charges

The following materials are NOT permitted in our dumpsters:

Violation may result in additional fees or refusal of pickup.

• Rates are quoted based on dumpster size, rental duration, and delivery location
• Weight limits are included in your rental - excess weight incurs additional fees
• Payment is due upon delivery unless other arrangements are made
• We accept major credit cards and cash
• A deposit may be required for first-time customers
• Prices are subject to change without notice

• Delivery is made to the address specified at the time of order
• Customer is responsible for ensuring adequate space and accessibility
• The dumpster remains the property of Monroe GA Dumpster Rental
• Pickup will occur on the scheduled date or upon customer request
• Additional pickup requests may incur fees
• We reserve the right to refuse delivery to inaccessible locations

Customer Liability: Customer is responsible for any damage to the dumpster caused by misuse, prohibited materials, or negligence.

Our Liability: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

Property Damage: Customer releases us from claims related to property damage resulting from normal dumpster use on paved surfaces.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery
• Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee
• Once delivered, the rental period begins and standard rates apply

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Walton County, Georgia.
